Archive How-To

FAQs on how to search the ASP Archive Issues:

Q: What can I search for?

A: Our archive issues include original magazine issues created in PDF format fro 2007-2023. These PDF files were created 4 times per year and dated with the season of the year. However each issue has a publishing month associated with it. If you wish to search by year or month (season adapted), select to search by "Date". If you wish to search by topic, simply type your word or subject matter in the search field.

Q: How do I view what I searched?

A: There are two ways to search - word search will help you find topics, date/month search will help you find entire issues by season & year.

1. When you search by topic, word, or phrase, the article pages will all appear in the left navigation bar. The first page will appear center screen. When you click on it, your search items will be highlighted in pink

2. If you search iby date, (Year or month), you can navigate through the entire issue, page by page. Simple click on the image and using the arrows, right and left, to navigate through the document. You can enlage the image 3x to make it easier to read by clicking on the page and using the magnifying glass in the top right corner of the webpage to enlarge and reduce.

Q: Are the issues downloadable as pdf files?

A: In order to provide a searchable archive of documents, we no longer offer the ability to download the archive by issue, or by article. However, if you wish to share or save the single page, simply click  the article, go to the top right hand corner of the web page and click on the swish arrow to save or print.  You will need to do this with each page of article.
